Job Description

    Role Overview:As a member of the Inside Sales team at Palo Alto Networks, you will play a crucial role in converting target small and medium businesses into customers. Your impact will involve managing a large number of targets, exceeding sales expectations, enhancing client satisfaction, and creating long-term relationships. You will work towards maintaining an accurate forecast, documenting activities in Salesforce.com, and using various communication tools to drive new business opportunities. Additionally, you will collaborate with channel partners to scale reach across the territory and identify cross-selling opportunities.Key Responsibilities:- Convert target small/medium businesses into PANW customers and manage a large number of targets- Exceed sales expectations, enhance client satisfaction, and create long-term relationships- Maintain an accurate forecast and document all activities in Salesforce.com- Utilize phone, email, and internal marketing tools to perform selling activities and drive new business- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities and drive sales campaigns, product demos, and proof of concepts- Work with channel partners to scale reach across the territory and ensure efficient coverage- Maintain alignment with cross-functional teams, including Channel teams, Business Development Reps, and Sales Engineers- Ensure accuracy of account planning and forecasting in Salesforce across multiple clients and prospectsQualifications Required:- 3 years of experience selling to Small and Medium customers with a substantial amount of time covering the required market(s)- Fluent in the local language(s) of target market(s)- Experience selling a portfolio of solutions and expanding a customers environment with newer solutions- Familiarity with information technology products and topics, driven to learn more- Proven track record of winning new customers and exceeding revenue goals- Demonstrated success in working with channel partners or distributors within the SMB landscape- Strong organizational, planning, communication, and negotiation skills- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a team environment anchored by values of Collaboration, Disruption, Execution, Inclusion, and IntegrityNote: The additional details of the company provided in the job description have been omitted for brevity.
