Job Description

    As an Inside Sales Executive, your role involves sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. You will be responsible for routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure. Additionally, you will handle orders by phone, email, or mail, ensuring they have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers. Your understanding of customer needs and requirements will be crucial in co-ordinating with the sales team to book sales orders.Key Responsibilities:- Co-ordinate with the sales team to book sales orders- Co-ordinate with the Account & Collection Department for payment and customer creation issues- Communicate with warehouses for internal matters- Prepare purchase orders and sales orders- Provide stock status to customers and salespersons for specific orders- Backend support to the Sales ManagersQualifications Required:- Proven inside sales experience- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Strong listening and presentation skills- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyIf you are an ambitious individual with a minimum of 2-4 years experience in the IT sales field and hold a graduate degree, we would like to hear from you.
