Job Description

    Role Overview:As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in the Inside Sales team, your primary responsibility will be to source new sales opportunities by engaging with potential clients through a mix of inbound lead follow-ups and outbound cold calls and emails. You will be instrumental in understanding client needs and recommending appropriate solutions from our range of services.Key Responsibilities:- Proactively engage with potential clients through cold calling, emailing, and following up on inbound leads.- Identify customer needs and challenges, and effectively communicate how our services can meet their requirements.- Keep a well-maintained CRM/database of existing and potential clients.- Stay informed about product features, industry trends, and competitors activities.- Conduct thorough research on target companies to pinpoint key decision-makers.- Arrange and conduct client meetings and deliver product/service presentations.- Drive the closure of campaigns by nurturing client relationships and establishing trust.- Consistently achieve and surpass lead generation and conversion targets.- Manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure continuous business growth.Qualification Required:- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Demonstrated experience in sales, particularly in international B2B sales.- Ability to thrive in a results-oriented environment.- Strong research and analytical abilities to identify new business prospects.- Willingness to work in various shifts based on business demands.- Proficiency in utilizing and updating CRM tools.- Capability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.Note: Perks and Benefits such as fixed weekends off, performance-based incentives, growth opportunities, Mediclaim coverage, and monthly rewards are also offered by the company to recognize and reward high-performing employees.
