Job Description

    You will be working as a full-time, on-site Inside Sales professional focusing on the US Market in New Delhi. Your primary responsibilities will include prospecting and qualifying leads through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline. Understanding customer needs, presenting SHEROES product and service offerings, and preparing proposals aligned with client objectives are key aspects of your role. You will collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to convert leads, ensure smooth onboarding, and drive customer satisfaction. It is also crucial to maintain accurate CRM records, track sales metrics, provide feedback on market trends, and customer insights.Key Responsibilities:- Prospect and qualify leads in the US market through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.- Understand customer needs and present SHEROES product and service offerings.- Prepare proposals aligned with client objectives.- Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to convert leads and drive customer satisfaction.- Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales metrics.- Provide feedback on market trends and customer insights.Qualifications:- Demonstrated experience in Inside Sales with a focus on international or US-based clients.- Proficiency in Lead Generation and pipeline management, including prospecting, qualification, and follow-up.- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction orientation.- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, suitable for client-facing interactions and presentations.- Comfort using CRM tools and sales productivity platforms to track activities and performance.- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.- Prior experience selling SaaS, digital platforms, or solutions to enterprise customers is an advantage.- Sensitivity to gender diversity and an interest in impact-driven, women-focused platforms is highly beneficial.
