In the role of Legal Operations Manager at the Ice Cream Company, you will be a crucial part of the Ice Cream Legal Powerhouse team, providing structured services to the legal function and the broader business. Your responsibilities will include:- Driving activities to optimize department effectiveness and impact.- Leading efforts to implement new technology tools and train team members on their usage.- Collaborating cross-functionally to create efficient legal processes.- Designing and executing initiatives to enhance operational performance within the legal function.- Managing and optimizing various legal operations processes such as Contract Lifecycle Management and finance payment tools.- Supporting legal teams in managing vendors, purchase orders, and budget tracking.- Participating in change management activities and drafting necessary documents.- Reviewing AI use cases to improve legal processes and efficiency.- Managing legal operations administrative staff and providing necessary support.- Staying updated on the latest trends and best practices in legal operations and technology.Key Interfaces for this role include Legal, IT, Finance, Procurement, Data Privacy, Business Integrity, and External Vendors.Qualifications required for this role:- Masters degree in business, law, or technology.- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in legal operations or a similar role.- Proficiency in Advanced Excel, PowerBI, and data analysis.- Experience in project management, process improvement, and technology implementation.- Familiarity with legal technologies such as Contract Lifecycle Management and Data Privacy tools.- Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.- Passion for technology, AI, and automation.- Experience in planning, organizing, and managing multiple assignments simultaneously.- Supervisory experience.Preferable qualifications include experience in SharePoint, Contract Lifecycle Management, data analytics, Lean Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies.Join the Ice Cream legal team to be a part of creating unique and innovative Ice Cream experiences that bring joy to peoples lives.
