Job Description

    Role Overview:You will be joining Mastercard as a Manager of Product Management-Technical in the Marketing Technology Solutions team. Your role will involve leading a team of technical product managers to deliver cutting-edge, intuitive marketing products that empower customers to generate high-value leads and enhance the Mastercard brand. You will play a pivotal role in setting the vision and direction for the product portfolio, ensuring it aligns with business and customer needs.Key Responsibilities:- Set the vision and direction for sets of products within the marketing technology solutions team- Lead a team of technical product managers in conceptualizing the one-to-two year view of the platform product portfolio- Exhibit expertise across multiple platform products and build connections to drive overall strategy and teams within the organization- Dive deep into your teams work to identify short-and-medium-term risks and propose solutions- Monitor feature development, associated defects, and operational metrics for in-market capabilities- Develop and communicate a team vision that supports the broader organizational vision- Make trade-off decisions as required and contribute to organizational planning- Manage escalations, assess alternatives, and build plans for resolution- Own and deliver post-launch reviews, drive customer feedback, and incorporate feedback into future launch plans- Share best practices with other teams within Mastercard and engage with business customers to identify key platform product issues- Leverage data analysis skills to research complex problems, lead cross-disciplinary teams, and communicate recommendations to senior leadership- Oversee team-wide product operations, lead junior PM-Ts, and coordinate team-wide improvement goals- Drive adoption of existing platform products into multiple marketplaces simultaneously with leadership support- Provide regular coaching and feedback to direct reports to help grow individual skills and leadership capabilities- Set goals for individuals to achieve department or function level goalsQualifications Required:- Passion for marketing and driving customer impact- Curious problem-solver using quantitative and qualitative methods for decision-making- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering design and internal business stakeholders- Strong influence skills to drive results- Experience in product management and creating impactful features(Note: The Corporate Security Responsibility section has been omitted from the job description.)
