Job Description

As a Manager of Product Software Engineering at our company, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams of developers to design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications. Your role will involve strategic planning and execution of product development, leveraging your technical expertise to drive innovation and informed decision-making.**Key Responsibilities:**- Lead, mentor, and grow cross-functional teams of software engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement- Work closely with the teams to oversee the development of web applications using .NET, Angular, PHP, and SQL- Define and execute product engineering strategy in alignment with organizational objectives- Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, design, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end solutions- Ensure application scalability, security, performance, and reliability through sound engineering practices- Drive adoption of modern development methodologies, tools, and frameworks- Establish and enforce coding standards, unit tests, code reviews, and best practices- Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and delivery commitments- Identify technical risks and implement mitigation strategies- Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential impact on the organization**Required Qualifications:**- Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)- 12 years of progressive software development experience, including deep hands-on expertise in technologies such as .NET, Angular, PHP, and SQL- 5 years of experience in engineering leadership or management roles, including at least 2 years in a managerial capacity leading cross-functional or multidisciplinary engineering teams- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable system design- Experience building and maintaining secure, high-performance web applications- Proficiency with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and modern web technologies- Demonstrated ability to lead teams in an Agile/Scrum environment- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**Additional Details:** Our companys interview practices are designed to identify top talent who can contribute to our innovative and collaborative environment.
