Role Overview:You are a passionate and proactive Branding & Marketing Intern at Rent An Attires Kharadi Store in Pune. As an intern, you will be supporting local marketing efforts, enhancing in-store branding, exploring fashion trends, especially in ethnic and occasion wear, and assisting with daily store activities. This internship is ideal for someone who is creative, digitally savvy, and looking to build a career in fashion marketing and retail branding.Key Responsibilities:- Assist in planning and executing local marketing activities and collaborations.- Create and schedule engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.- Help coordinate with local influencers, colleges, stylists, and wedding vendors.- Contribute creative ideas for campaigns based on seasons, festivals, and trends.- Research ongoing fashion trends, especially in ethnic wear and wedding fashion.- Share mood boards, trend reports, and styling suggestions with the team.- Help analyze competitor trends and identify potential opportunities.- Support the VM team in maintaining attractive and trend-driven store displays.- Assist in curating mannequins and updating window and shelf displays.- Help in day-to-day store operations and customer service.- Assist walk-in customers with styling tips and product recommendations.- Ensure the store remains well-organized and visually appealing.- Support store events, pop-ups, and influencer visits.Qualifications Required:- Students or recent graduates in Marketing, Fashion Communication, Mass Media, or related fields.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Interest in fashion trends, styling, and ethnic wear.- Active on social media with a basic understanding of content creation.- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute creatively.Additional Details:Rent An Attire is a pioneering fashion tech company that revolutionizes the perception of luxury fashion.
