Job Description

    As a Marketing Programme Leader at our company, you will be a crucial member of the global marketing team focusing on the development, activation, and management of global marketing efforts in the APAC region. Your role will involve ensuring alignment of global marketing programs with regional objectives and overseeing the regionally-based marketing team responsible for executing core global campaigns and regional go-to-market initiatives efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in B2B marketing, strong program management skills, and the ability to lead a team in a complex, multinational environment.Key Responsibilities:- Participate in the ideation phase of campaign creation to ensure content relevance, alignment with local initiatives, and inclusion of regional/market subject matter experts (SMEs).- Collaborate with the marketing team on strategic planning and tactical program alignment.- Execute global campaigns tailored to regional audiences with a specific focus on audience segmentation, considering market dynamics, cultural considerations, and language.- Plan and execute a limited number of regional go-to-market campaigns in collaboration with regional marketing and product stakeholders.- Mentor and manage regional team members on tactical execution, measure success, and identify improvement opportunities.- Proactively address roadblocks and friction points, working with the broader marketing team to resolve issues effectively.Qualifications Required:- 10 years of Professional Services marketing experience or similar B2B environment.- Act as a senior advisor to leadership on campaign progress, client insights, and competitive positioning.- Experience in digital and traditional marketing techniques.- Ability to define KPIs and analyze data for program enhancement.- Proficiency in content marketing and event management.- People management experience, preferably with remote teams.- Ability to navigate cultural differences and market nuances effectively.- Knowledge and interest in the current business environment, world economics, and geopolitics.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Fluency in English.- Strong team player.- Bachelors degree ideally in marketing or business.In this role, you will need to demonstrate competencies such as a high level of attention to detail, strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, adaptability to changing priorities and industry developments, analytical thinking with a focus on data-driven improvements, a focus on delivery and exceeding expectations, understanding of business and strategic priorities, embracing a changing environment, adapting well to changing demands and ambiguous situations, expressing yourself clearly, and displaying sensitivity to develop constructive relationships with others.
