Job Description

    As an operations manager at our expanding company, you will be responsible for providing inspired leadership for the operation of one of our organizations lines of business. This role involves making important policy and strategic decisions, as well as developing and implementing operational policies and procedures. Additionally, you will assist the Human Resources department with recruiting when necessary, and help foster a company culture that promotes morale and performance.Key Responsibilities:- Provide leadership and strategic direction for the operation of a specific line of business- Make important policy and strategic decisions to drive the success of the business- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency- Assist the Human Resources department with recruiting efforts as needed- Promote a company culture that encourages high morale and performance among employeesQualifications Required:- Bachelors degree in operations management or a related field- Prior experience in a management or leadership position- Deep understanding of financial management is a plusOur company is in the Recruitment Consulting / Staffing Services industry and we have 23 openings for the role of Operations Manager.
