Job Description

    As an Operations Analyst in the Private Banking team at Deutsche Bank in Pune, India, your role will involve supporting multiple critical processes within operations. You will be responsible for completing day-to-day activities accurately and timely, collaborating with onshore colleagues and clients, and ensuring adherence to all TAT/cut-off times and quality of processing. Proficiency in German is essential for effective communication with colleagues and clients in Germany.**Key Responsibilities:**- Manage the end-to-end process of account freezing and unfreezing for private banking clients- Perform performance research to find debtors and creditors, calculate final amounts, and make payments- Verify client signatures for various banking documents and transactions- Act as a key point of contact with onshore colleagues and clients in Germany, communicating effectively in German- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth operations- Proactively identify and escalate potential risks or fraudulent activities associated with account transactions- Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks while adhering to internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs)- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies- Handle any other ad hoc projects/tasks/activities assigned by the supervisor**Qualifications Required:**- German Language certification ranging between B1 to C2 is mandatory- At least 2 4 years experience in German language process- Good communication skills and ability to interact independently with various stakeholders- Willingness to work in multiple/rotational shiftsThe company, Deutsche Bank, offers a range of benefits including best-in-class leave policy, gender-neutral parental leaves, childcare assistance benefit, sponsorship for industry relevant certifications, and comprehensive insurance coverage for you and your dependents.
