Job Description

As an Operations Manager Insurance at Muthoot Fincorp Ltd, your role involves overseeing and managing the daily operations of the Insurance department. Your key responsibilities include:- Ensuring high-quality client service by promptly addressing client queries and issues, managing client onboarding and offboarding processes, and maintaining strong client relationships.- Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing best practices to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.- Staying updated on regulatory changes and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations in the Indian financial industry.- Collaborating with risk management teams to identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks associated with Insurance department activities.- Generating regular reports on operational metrics, analyzing data to identify trends, and providing insights to senior management for decision-making.- Developing and maintaining robust disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure uninterrupted operations in case of unforeseen events.- Conducting due diligence on new clients, investment products, and counterparties to ensure compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements.- Supervising and mentoring a team of operations staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a high level of performance and adherence to operational standards.- Managing relationships with external service providers, vendors, and technology partners to ensure the smooth functioning of Insurance management operations.In terms of qualifications and experience, you are required to be a Graduate in any stream with 5 to 8 years of experience in insurance operations management.If you are interested in this opportunity, you can share your CV at hidden_email.Thank you for considering a career at Muthoot Fincorp Ltd.
