Job Description

    As an experienced P&C Claims Senior Manager, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end claims operations, including FNOL, investigation, adjudication, settlement, and closure. Your role will involve leading large teams, managing key clients and stakeholders, and ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and high-quality claims delivery.Key Responsibilities:- Oversee end-to-end P&C claims lifecycle from FNOL to settlement and closure- Handle complex and high-value claims, ensuring accurate assessment and resolution- Lead and manage large teams, including managers and claims professionals- Ensure SLA adherence, quality, and operational efficiency- Manage client relationships and act as escalation point for critical issues- Coordinate with underwriting, finance, legal, and external vendors- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and internal audit requirements- Monitor key KPIs such as turnaround time, accuracy, and claims leakage- Drive process improvements and support automation/transformation initiativesRequired Skills:- 15 years of experience in P&C / General Insurance claims- Strong experience in end-to-end claims processing- Proven team leadership and people management skills- Strong client and stakeholder management experience- Good understanding of insurance policies, coverage, and claims adjudication- Analytical and decision-making skills As an experienced P&C Claims Senior Manager, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end claims operations, including FNOL, investigation, adjudication, settlement, and closure.
