Job Description

    As an experienced P&C Claims Senior Manager, your role will involve managing end-to-end claims operations, including FNOL, investigation, adjudication, settlement, and closure. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire P&C claims lifecycle, handling complex and high-value claims, leading and managing large teams, ensuring SLA adherence, quality, and operational efficiency. Additionally, you will manage client relationships, coordinate with various departments, ensure compliance with insurance regulations, monitor key KPIs, drive process improvements, and support automation/transformation initiatives.Key Responsibilities:- Oversee end-to-end P&C claims lifecycle from FNOL to settlement and closure- Handle complex and high-value claims, ensuring accurate assessment and resolution- Lead and manage large teams, including managers and claims professionals- Ensure SLA adherence, quality, and operational efficiency- Manage client relationships and act as escalation point for critical issues- Coordinate with underwriting, finance, legal, and external vendors- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and internal audit requirements- Monitor key KPIs such as turnaround time, accuracy, and claims leakage- Drive process improvements and support automation/transformation initiativesQualification Required:- 15 years of experience in P&C / General Insurance claims- Strong experience in end-to-end claims processing- Proven team leadership and people management skills- Solid client and stakeholder management experience- Good understanding of insurance policies, coverage, and claims adjudication- Analytical and decision-making skills As an experienced P&C Claims Senior Manager, your role will involve managing end-to-end claims operations, including FNOL, investigation, adjudication, settlement, and closure.
