You will be joining Revoluts Operations team, responsible for solving the companys toughest challenges with speed, precision, and creativity. As a Product Operations Manager, your role will involve shaping the companys expansion and operations globally, working on high-impact initiatives to deliver better outcomes for customers. Heres what youll be doing:- Developing a point of view on specific fintech verticals and defining a cohesive long-term strategy for the company and product departments- Acting as the eyes and ears of the company by providing market insights for company strategy and department roadmaps- Tracking and analyzing competitive position and product performance on a global scale- Assisting in scoping and launching new verticals for the company- Defining initial product propositions and go-to-market strategies for new expansion marketsTo be successful in this role, you will need:- At least a 2:1 degree from a top university- A STEM or other highly quantitative degree from a top-tier university- A track record of outstanding achievement in various areas- 3 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking/PE/VC, or a fast-growing technology company in a product or strategy role- Strong problem-solving skills- A focus on customer-centric designs and solutionsNice to have:- A track record of building successful products, preferably financial, using data, customer feedback, common sense, and/or machine learningCompensation:- Krakow: PLN19,500 - PLN21,600 gross monthly- Poland: PLN19,500 - PLN21,600 gross monthly- Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process- Final compensation will be determined based on the candidates qualifications, skills, and previous experienceRevolut places a high priority on its employees and has launched a D&I Framework to cultivate diversity and inclusion within the organization.
