Job Description

    As the Global Pre-Sales Operations Manager, your role is crucial in the growth and success of the company. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing all sales and operations processes to ensure seamless operations even in your absence. Your hands-on leadership style and focus on data, KPIs, and execution quality will be essential in driving the team towards success.Key Responsibilities:- Process Ownership & System Building - Design, implement, and improve all sales and operations workflows. - Develop clear SOPs for various functions to ensure scalability and consistency. - Sales Operations Alignment - Manage the handoff process between sales, proposal designers, and operations. - Ensure accurate information exchange before deals progress. - KPI, Analytics & Reporting - Define and monitor all KPIs related to sales and operations. - Create and maintain performance dashboards for tracking and accountability. - Call Center, QA & Compliance Oversight - Supervise call workflows, QA processes, and compliance standards. - Monitor call quality and ensure adherence to communication standards. - Proposal, Design & Execution Oversight - Supervise proposal design workflows to ensure speed and accuracy. - Review errors and trends to enhance proposal quality. - People Management & Leadership - Recruit, train, and manage sales ops, proposal, and support teams. - Establish clear expectations and promote a culture of continuous improvement. - Tools, CRM & Tech Stack Ownership - Manage CRM, proposal platforms, and reporting tools. - Ensure structured workflows and adoption of tools across teams. - Escalation & Issue Resolution - Identify and resolve operational risks proactively. - Handle escalations related to sales, proposals, and customer communication.Qualifications Required:- 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Operations Management.- Experience working with US customers or US-based sales teams.- Prior experience in managing call centers, proposal teams, or sales support functions.- Strong analytical skills, excellent English communication, and high attention to detail.- Proven ability to build processes from scratch is highly preferred.In this role, you will be leading a team to ensure the smooth functioning of operations and driving performance through effective processes and systems.
