    As a Customer Service Associate at Accenture, your role will involve helping insurers redefine their customer experience and accelerate their innovation agenda in the US retirement industry. You will be part of the Retirement services team, focusing on activities such as 401k, 403B, Moneyout, Lumpsum, Defined contribution, Client Service Management, Plan document, and Plan Implementation Processes.
