Platform Operations Analyst

Role Overview:At Aera Technology, you will play a critical role in the Platform Operations organization, ensuring the stability and resiliency of the platform while preparing for scaling and growth in alignment with the expanding customer base. Your responsibilities will include understanding efficient platform operation, building processes for growth, and aligning service delivery with company values.Key Responsibilities:- Work with leadership to provide statistics and insights for all teams within the Technical Operations organization- Drive scale into operations through process alignment and data analysis- Implement ITIL processes and governance across the organization and stakeholder groups- Assist leadership in team project and escalation allocation- Collaborate with Engineering and Support Operations teams to align on insights and present data analysis to Finance and senior leadership- Build, manage, and maintain Excel/GSheets and Aera metrics models and reports- Manage the wider organization onboarding process and documentation- Maintain and manage Jira projects and Confluence knowledge spaces- Define and document SOPs and project-related requirementsQualifications Required:- Strong analytical skills, either through a degree or previous employment- Knowledge of ITIL processes, including implementing change management- Desirable knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Excel/GSheets, Zendesk, ServiceNow- Experience with Aera or similar products is beneficial- Experience in a fast-paced environment- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present complex data clearly- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work under pressure- Ability to prioritize according to customer and internal demands- Efficient collaboration with global teams- Passion for delivering high quality work with attention to detailAdditional Company Details:The role at Aera Technology requires high levels of autonomy, accountability, and integrity.
