Job Description

    As a Python Lead, you will be responsible for designing, building, and leading scalable data pipelines and backend systems. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities:Lead the design, development, and optimization of end-to-end data pipelines. Architect and develop high-performance backend services using Core Python. Apply strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms to build efficient and scalable solutions. Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployments on Kubernetes. Guide and mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices. Collaborate with data engineers, DevOps, and product teams to deliver reliable systems. Ensure performance, security, scalability, and reliability of applications. Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvement.The must-have skills for this role include: Data Pipelines: Design and implementation of batch/real-time pipelines. Core Python: Strong hands-on coding, OOPs, memory management. Data Structures & Algorithms: Practical application in real systems. Containers: Docker, containerization best practices.
