Job Description

    You will be part of Fastlys Global Sales Operations team, providing Tier 1 Sales Operations support for International Sales teams in EMEA and JAPAC. Your main responsibilities will include partnering closely with the Tier 1 Sales Operations lead, EMEA and JAPAC Field operations team, Channel and SE operations, Marketing operations, and IT Business Systems teams.**Key Responsibilities:**- Support the Tier 1 Sales Operations lead in setting the foundation for an optimized Tier 1 support model, focusing on EMEA and JAPAC sales team support through process documentation, managing and responding to sales inquiries within defined SLAs, and escalating to Tier 2 support level teams as needed.- Manage defined Tier 1 scope related sales inquiries from the EMEA and JAPAC teams and escalate other inquiries to the appropriate Tier 2 support teams.- Assist EMEA and JAPAC sales operations teams with basic sales operations tasks including data hygiene tasks, account and lead routing validation, and basic reporting in SFDC.- Assist with new hire onboarding for Salesforce CRM and Sales tools, partnering with the Tier 1 Sales Operations Support lead and Sales Enablement teams.**Qualifications Required:**- 1-2 years of combined sales, SDR, or sales operations experience, ideally at a high-tech or SaaS based company.- Working knowledge of Salesforce and other sales tools like ZoomInfo and Outreach.- Basic reporting skills in Salesforce and other tools, as well as basic Excel or Google Sheets skills to compile simple business analysis.- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn new things quickly.*Work Hours:*- Work hours from 2 pm - 11 pm (IST), with occasional extensions to EMEA and APJ friendly time-zones.*Work Location & Travel Requirements:*- Location: Pune, India office.- No travel required unless specified by your manager.*Benefits:*- Fastly provides comprehensive benefits starting on the first day of employment.- Benefits packages may vary depending on the country where you work.Fastly is committed to equal employment opportunity, ensuring a safe work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
