As a Senior Clinical Trials Feasibility Data Scientist at our organization, you will play a crucial role in enhancing clinical trial feasibility and site selection through intelligent analytics solutions. By leveraging your expertise in clinical analytics, machine learning, and AI-driven workflows, you will contribute to smarter, faster, and more accurate planning for global teams.**Key Responsibilities:**- Develop data-driven feasibility and site-selection analytics to support clinical trial planning- Design and implement AI-powered solutions, including intelligent agents and automated workflows- Build and deploy predictive models and decision-support tools for feasibility assessments- Partner closely with clinical operations, feasibility teams, and global stakeholders- Build data pipelines, transformation workflows, and analytical models using modern frameworks- Develop and implement AI/ML models to improve feasibility accuracy and site selection efficiency- Contribute to the optimization of scalable clinical trial analytics platforms- Ensure alignment with timelines and cross-functional project deliverables**Qualifications Required:**- 5 years in clinical trial operations analytics, including feasibility & site selection- Strong hands-on experience with Python and SQL- Proven experience building AI/ML models and analytics frameworks- Experience developing AI agents or automated data science workflows- Experience within a CRO or pharmaceutical environment supporting feasibility analytics- Strong ability to build predictive models for clinical decision-making- Excellent communication skills and proven stakeholder collaborationIn addition to the above, we offer a contract duration of 6 months with the potential for extension.
