    As a Senior Customer Service Representative at our clients rapidly growing company in Patna, Bihar, IN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-level support, resolving complex customer issues, and mentoring junior team members. Your dedication to exceptional customer service and outstanding communication skills will help shape customer service strategies and enhance the overall customer experience.**Key Responsibilities:**- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with prompt, accurate, and empathetic responses.- Resolve complex customer issues efficiently, escalating when necessary.- Guide customers through product features, troubleshooting steps, and service offerings.- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and actions taken.- Identify customer needs and assist in utilizing specific features or services.- Provide feedback on customer interactions for continuous improvement in customer service strategies and product enhancements.- Proactively identify opportunities to elevate the customer experience.- Assist in training and onboarding new customer service representatives, offering guidance and support.- Act as a point of escalation for challenging customer inquiries, providing effective solutions.- Contribute to the development and refinement of customer service policies and procedures.- Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets, ensuring high customer satisfaction scores and response times.- Stay updated with product knowledge and company services.**Qualifications:**- High school diploma or equivalent; an Associates or Bachelors degree is a plus.- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a customer service or customer support role, handling complex issues.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and ticketing systems.- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure.- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.- Experience in mentoring or training junior team members is highly desirable.- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.- A patient, reliable, and customer-focused attitude.- Full-time presence at the office location in Patna, Bihar, IN is required.This non-remote, full-time position offers you an opportunity to be an integral part of the customer service team at our clients service center in Patna, Bihar, IN.
