Job Description

    As a Senior Manager Inside Sales (Market Development) at Newgen, you will lead a regional team focused on generating sales pipeline in assigned geographies. Your role involves strategic planning and hands-on execution to drive account penetration, nurture CXO-level relationships, and identify qualified opportunities for revenue growth. This position is ideal for a sales professional with strong business acumen and technology understanding, who aims to advance into a sales leadership role.**Key Responsibilities:**- Lead and mentor a team of Inside Sales Managers/Executives across 23 countries or industry verticals (US, APAC, MEA, UL/EU).- Develop and implement region-specific inside sales strategies that align with corporate sales objectives.- Engage with CXO-level executives through various channels such as calls, emails, social platforms, and events.- Identify, qualify, and nurture enterprise opportunities using a structured lead management process.- Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Marketing teams to convert marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) into sales-qualified leads (SQLs).- Monitor team KPIs and ensure the delivery of high-quality pipeline for field sales teams.- Conduct regular market research to identify whitespace, competitor movements, and emerging opportunities.- Maintain CRM hygiene and provide actionable reporting for leadership visibility.**Qualifications Required:**- Minimum 7 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or Demand Generation in the Enterprise Tech or SaaS industry.- Proven track record of leading inside sales teams for enterprise software or SaaS solutions.- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.- Strong understanding of technology-driven business transformation, with a preference for experience in ECM, BPM, DPA, or related domains.- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze pipeline metrics and drive desired outcomes.- Entrepreneurial spirit, self-driven, and ambitious to progress into mainstream sales leadership roles.
