Job Description

    As a Senior Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business through outbound sales calls and email campaigns. You will also maintain and grow existing accounts by providing excellent customer service and support to clients. Collaboration with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns is a key aspect of this role. Additionally, meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets and maintaining accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system are essential responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:- Generate new business through outbound sales calls and email campaigns- Maintain and grow existing accounts through regular communication- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM systemQualifications Required:- Minimum of 4-9 years of experience in inside sales or a related field- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Experience with CRM software and other sales tools- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Ability to work night shifts and with the US market- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field As a Senior Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business through outbound sales calls and email campaigns.
