    As a Senior Manager Operations, your role will involve leading client management, compliance, project execution, and business development initiatives. You should have 6-7 years of experience in a relevant industry, possess strong regulatory knowledge, and demonstrate exceptional leadership and coordination skills. Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary contact for key clients, addressing queries and ensuring satisfaction.- Implement quality control measures to maintain high service standards.- Ensure adherence to Indian regulations, organizational policies, and legal requirements.- Conduct compliance audits, review test reports, and verify technical documentation.- Facilitate collaboration among teams, vendors, and stakeholders for smooth execution.- Oversee daily activities, optimize resource allocation, and improve workflow efficiency.- Assist the operations team with technical challenges and provide viable solutions.- Advise leadership on technical aspects, highlighting risks and opportunities.- Track project progress, ensuring alignment with planned objectives and timelines.- Maintain records of project deliverables, compliance reports, and client interactions.- Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.- Stay informed on changing technical standards and guide the team accordingly.- Identify new market opportunities and areas for service growth.- Study emerging trends and develop strategies for business development.- Implement expansion plans to enhance the companys market presence.Qualification & Requirements:- Education: B.Tech / M.Tech- 6-7 years of experience in operations management, compliance, and business development in a relevant industry.- Strong technical knowledge and regulatory compliance expertise.- Excellent project management, leadership, and coordination skills.- Proficiency in process optimization, quality control, and risk management.- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior management.
