Senior Manager, Software Engineering - DevOps

Job Description

As a Software Development Manager and Architect at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing and analyzing user requirements for web-based applications. Your responsibilities will include creating architectural models to demonstrate application flow and functionality, utilizing your proficiency in Azure DevOps and object-oriented programming. Furthermore, you will be expected to lead and mentor a team of developers, oversee project delivery, ensure quality standards, and collaborate effectively with offshore teams. Effective communication with clients and stakeholders will also be a key aspect of your role.Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve:- Translating application storyboards and use cases into functional applications- Designing, building, and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable code- Ensuring optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications- Maintaining code quality, organization, and automation- Architecting and designing high-scale, robust, and cutting-edge applications- Providing technical leadership and guidance to the software development team- Leading and mentoring developers, overseeing project delivery, and upholding quality standards- Engaging in coding tasks, code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment of web applicationsAs a Software Development Manager, you will be required to have:- At least 15 years of senior development experience and 7 years of team management experience- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills- Experience with Microsoft technologies such as C# .NET CORE- Proficiency in UI technologies like JavaScript, Typescript, Angular, and HTML- Knowledge of WCF, Web API, REST, and multi-tier distributed systems- Familiarity with DevOps tools, SAML, application security best practices, and serverless environments- Expertise in active application monitoringIn addition to your technical skills, you will be part of a global team dedicated to providing clarity and solutions to complex business challenges.
