Job Description

    Role Overview:Join DWS as a Senior Operations Analyst in Client Reporting, where you will be responsible for the timely, complete, and accurate creation and dispatch of complex client reports. You will also serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and play a key part in enabling communication between functional teams, sharing knowledge, and developing process efficiencies. In addition, you may be tasked with building and maintaining relationships with internal and external parties for time-sensitive, complex, or regulatory tasks.Key Responsibilities:- Timely, complete, and accurate creation of complex client reports, including coordination with the front office and handling client inquiries.- Handling ad-hoc requests and inquiries promptly and accurately.- Delivery of run-the-bank services and support for change-the-bank activities.- Coordinating documents for portfolio launches and structural changes based on master data with the front office.- Reviewing fund manager comments, organizing translations, and processing invoices.- Serving as a point of contact for front-office inquiries regarding investment committee meetings.- Representing all tasks within the functional team and actively participating in projects and special tasks.- Escalating potentially critical issues to stakeholders proactively.- Reviewing process efficiency and effectiveness, identifying improvements, and eliminating redundancies.- Documenting processes, workflows, and responsibilities.- Building and maintaining relationships with internal clients to address time-sensitive, complex, or regulatory tasks.- Developing and implementing solutions to monitor and reduce risks within the area.- Contributing to strategy development and implementation for continuous process improvement.- Ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations, guidelines, SLAs, KRIs, KPIs, and quality measures.Qualification Required:- Bachelors degree from a recognized university or equivalent.- Professional experience in asset management with solid knowledge of securities, derivatives, and risk and performance indicators.- Strong VBA programming skills and knowledge of Python (preferred).- Experience with FIS XP (especially Dynamic Reporting) is a plus.- Excellent knowledge of MS applications such as Excel (including macros) and PowerPoint.- Strong numerical affinity and basic analytical skills.- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written); German language proficiency would be beneficial.- Analytical, committed, independent, resilient, and structured.- Excellent teamwork and social skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and keep up with technical innovations.
