Senior Operations Analyst (Client Reporting, AVP)

Job Description

Role Overview:As a Senior Operations Analyst in Client Reporting at DWS, you will be responsible for the timely, complete, and accurate creation and dispatch of complex client reports. You will serve as a crucial point of contact for client inquiries and facilitate communication between functional teams. Your role will involve developing and implementing process and performance efficiencies, building and maintaining relationships with internal and external parties, and ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.Key Responsibilities:- Timely, complete, and accurate creation of complex client reports, including coordination with the front office and handling client inquiries.- Handling ad-hoc requests and inquiries promptly and accurately.- Providing support for run-the-bank services and change-the-bank activities.- Coordinating documents for portfolio launches and structural changes based on master data with the front office.- Reviewing fund manager comments, organizing translations, and processing invoices.- Serving as a point of contact for front-office inquiries regarding investment committee meetings.- Actively participating in internal and cross-functional projects and special tasks.- Identifying process improvements, documenting processes, workflows, and responsibilities, and supporting projects and presentations on special topics.- Building and maintaining relationships with internal clients for time-sensitive, complex, or regulatory tasks.- Escalating critical issues to stakeholders and contributing to risk monitoring and reduction solutions.- Ensuring compliance with regulations, SLAs, KRIs, KPIs, and quality measures.Qualifications Required:- Bachelors degree from a recognized university or equivalent.- Professional experience in asset management with strong knowledge of securities, derivatives, and risk/performance indicators.- Experience in report creation and proficiency in VBA programming and Python (preferred).- Knowledge of FIS XP, MS applications, Excel (including macros), PowerPoint, SCD, Bloomberg, and DataStream.- Strong analytical skills, communication abilities, and numerical affinity.- Fluency in English (spoken and written), German language proficiency (beneficial).- Ability to work independently, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and stay updated with technical innovations.Please note that additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.
