Role Overview:As a Senior Operations Manager at Advik Hi-Tech Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day manufacturing and operational activities in Pune. Your role will involve ensuring efficient workflows, process optimization, and adherence to quality standards. You will lead cross-functional teams, analyze operational performance, and drive continuous improvement to meet organizational and industry goals.Key Responsibilities:- Manage production schedules and optimize processes- Analyze operational performance and identify areas for improvement- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals- Liaise with stakeholders and ensure compliance with company standards- Drive continuous improvement across operations to achieve long-term business objectivesQualifications:- Extensive experience in manufacturing operations, process optimization, and production planning- Skills in team leadership, cross-functional teamwork, and effective communication- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities- Proven expertise in project management, process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma), and supply chain management- Technical knowledge in automotive or engineering fields, with experience in TPM, research and development processes, or advanced technologies being advantageous- Familiarity with compliance, quality assurance standards, and industry best practices- Bachelors degree or higher in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; an advanced degree in Business or Engineering is preferred (PMP, Six Sigma certification would be preferred)- Ability to manage operations in an on-site environment and deliver under tight deadlines Role Overview:As a Senior Operations Manager at Advik Hi-Tech Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day manufacturing and operational activities in Pune.
