Job Description

    As a Senior People Operations Analyst at Tide, you will play a crucial role in managing complex onboarding processes, background verifications, and internal mobility while continuously optimizing the workday ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include:- End-to-End Onboarding & Contract Management:- Own the onboarding journey for new hires in India and the UK, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.- Generate and manage employment contracts and other joining documentation.- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates regarding documentation and relocation queries.- Benefit Compliance & Background Verification (BGV):- Execute and oversee BGV processes for all new joiners.- Partner with external vendors to ensure quality standards are met.- Manage benefit enrollment to insurance and team budgets as per policy.- Process Engineering & Workday Optimization:- Evaluate existing workflows to identify bottlenecks.- Design and implement enhanced Workday Business Processes to automate data flow.- Maintain data integrity within Workday for compliance and audit purposes.- Internal Mobility & Lifecycle Management:- Manage operational logistics of internal transfers, including cross-border moves.- Oversee Probation Management process and system updates for promotions and role changes.In terms of qualifications, we are looking for someone with:- Technical Expertise:- Proficiency in Workday Core HCM and regional onboarding compliance.- Experience in vendor management for BGV processes.- Soft Skills:- Systems Thinking and ability to automate manual tasks.- Meticulous Attention to Detail with a compliance-first mindset.- Strong data analysis skills and proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders.At Tide, we offer a range of location-specific benefits to our employees, including competitive compensation, generous leave policies, parental leave, health insurance, mental wellbeing support, learning and development opportunities, and more.As a diverse and inclusive workplace, we welcome individuals from all backgrounds and experiences.
