    As a Senior Retail Operations Analyst at our client, a prominent player in the retail industry, based in Pune, Maharashtra, IN, your role will be crucial in optimizing store performance, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving profitability across the retail network. You will be responsible for:- Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets related to sales, inventory, customer behavior, and operational processes.- Developing and maintaining performance dashboards.- Identifying trends and insights, and providing actionable recommendations to store managers and senior leadership.- Evaluating the effectiveness of new store initiatives, merchandising strategies, and operational procedures.To excel in this role, you should possess:- Strong understanding of retail dynamics, data analysis techniques, and business intelligence tools.- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.- Experience with retail analytics software and a solid grasp of P&L statements.- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify root causes of operational issues.Qualifications required for this position include:- Bachelors degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
