As a Senior Retail Operations Manager for our dynamic and growing retail enterprise in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, IN, your role is crucial in overseeing and optimizing both e-commerce and in-store operations. You will need to be a strategic leader with a comprehensive understanding of retail best practices, supply chain management, and customer experience enhancement across multiple channels, driving efficiency, profitability, and consistent brand standards throughout all retail touchpoints.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic operational plans for online and offline retail channels.- Oversee day-to-day operations of retail stores, ensuring high standards of visual merchandising, customer service, and inventory management.- Manage and optimize e-commerce fulfillment process, including order processing, warehousing, shipping, and returns.- Analyze sales data, operational metrics, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.- Develop and manage operational budgets, controlling expenses and ensuring profitability.- Lead, train, and mentor store managers and operational staff to foster a high-performance culture.- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.- Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and IT teams to ensure a seamless omni-channel customer experience.- Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of goods.- Implement and manage inventory control systems to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.Required Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.- Minimum of 7 years of experience in retail management, with a focus on multi-channel operations.- Proven track record of successfully managing retail store operations and driving sales growth.- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, fulfillment logistics, and online merchandising.- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in retail management software, POS systems, and inventory management tools.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Experience in budget management and cost control.- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.- Passion for customer service and creating exceptional retail experiences.Join us in this critical leadership role to elevate our retail presence in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, IN to new heights.
