Job Description

    As a Senior Service Now Consultant at Next Generation Technology Solutions (NGTS), you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing Service Now solutions that cater to the specific requirements of our clients. Your responsibilities will include:- Customizing Service Now modules to suit client needs- Conducting thorough requirement analysis- Integrating third-party applications seamlessly- Providing technical expertise to enhance workflows and processesYour collaboration with cross-functional teams will ensure platform optimization, keeping you informed about the latest Service Now trends to deliver high-value solutions to our clients.To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:- Proficiency in Service Now platform-related skills such as architecture, configuration, and module customization- Strong background in requirement analysis, workflow development, and system integrations with third-party tools- Expertise in scripting languages like Java Script, Angular JS, and other relevant frameworks- Familiarity with ITIL practices, IT Service Management (ITSM), and IT Operations Management (ITOM)- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and client-facing skills- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced certifications in Service Now are highly desirableYour ability to work independently in a remote setting while effectively collaborating with global teams will be critical to your success in this role.
