As a Senior ServiceNow Consultant at Next Generation Technology Solutions (NGTS), you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that cater to the specific requirements of our clients. Your responsibilities will include:- Customizing ServiceNow modules to meet client needs- Conducting thorough requirement analysis- Integrating third-party applications seamlessly- Providing technical expertise to enhance workflows and processesIn this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring the optimization of the platform and staying abreast of emerging ServiceNow trends.
