Your role will involve ensuring stable, secure, and scalable services while collaborating closely with digital product owners and business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives and functional requirements into robust technical solutions.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the technical vision, architecture, and hands-on development of innovative, scalable, and secure software solutions- Drive the full software development lifecycle, ensuring best practices in software engineering, code quality, and timely delivery- Identify opportunities for innovation, especially in data-driven applications, AI, and advanced analytics to maximize business value- Own the software architecture and technical roadmap for the FFT digital platform, ensuring modern, maintainable, and extensible solutions- Oversee the design, implementation, and support of applications, focusing on software engineering- Provide 3rd level support for the platform and applications, handling advanced technical issues and collaborating for resolutionQualifications:- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field- Several years of experience in IT architecture design with Azure DevOps, Services, and digital product development- Strong background in modern software engineering practices such as CI/CD, DevOps, automated testing, and security- Advanced knowledge of data management, IoT, AI, and machine learning- Experience leading external development partners and managing outsourced software projects- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and secure software solutions- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and attention to detailNote: The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
