Job Description

    In the role of Technical Lead, you will provide hands-on technical leadership and support for engineering activities. You will collaborate with Analysts, Scrum Masters, Architects, and other stakeholders to effectively plan and deliver work. Additionally, you will contribute to shared initiatives aimed at strengthening standards, processes, and engineering consistency across teams. Your role includes fostering innovation, encouraging new ideas, and cultivating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Furthermore, you will promote effective practices in delivery, observability, and reliability while supporting documentation and knowledge sharing to help teams build long-term capability.Key Responsibilities:- Provide hands-on technical leadership and support for engineering activities- Collaborate with Analysts, Scrum Masters, Architects, and other stakeholders to plan and deliver work effectively- Contribute to shared initiatives that strengthen standards, processes, and engineering consistency across teams- Foster innovation, encourage new ideas, and create a culture of accountability and continuous improvement- Promote effective practices in delivery, observability, and reliability- Support documentation and knowledge sharing to help teams build long-term capabilityQualifications:- Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in a technical / IT field- 8 years of Software Engineering experience including 2 years in a senior or mentorship role- Experience working in a developer enablement or platform engineering roleIn addition to the above, you will have a strong understanding of modern software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum. You should possess the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues while leading others through problem-solving. Proficiency in .NET Core, React, and Microsoft SQL Server is essential, including schema design, performance optimization, stored procedures, and advanced troubleshooting. Experience in application design, root cause analysis, and development of shared or reusable components is required. Strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial, as well as the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
