As the Software Engineering Manager at Benovymed, a Global Digital Health Startup, your role will be crucial in leading the development of a Highly Scalable SaaS Cloud Platform for B2B, B2B2C, and B2C direct Consumer Cloud Digital Health Platform. You will be responsible for end-to-end hands-on Full Stack Software Development, Technology Architecture, and Software Engineering Management in a Cloud Technology Environment of AWS and GCP. Your primary responsibilities will include designing, developing, and deploying web and mobile applications, ensuring cross-platform optimization, and creating servers and databases for functionality. You will also be involved in API integration, project management, and staying updated on web application developments.Your Personality Profile should reflect a track record of strong commitment, team leadership, good communication skills, and the ability to work smoothly within a small team. Previous experience in a Tech Startup environment, particularly in Digital Health or AI Health, is essential for this role. Your total experience of 10 to 12 years should include hands-on Multi Hat Role in Software Product Development Engineering, with specific emphasis on Full Stack development in web and mobile applications.Your required skillset should encompass proficiency in front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, as well as familiarity with frameworks like Angular JS, React, and Django. Additionally, experience with AWS, Android, Kotlin, React Native, Flutter, and server-side languages like Python, Ruby, Java, PHP, and .Net is required. Knowledge of database technologies such as MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB is also essential. Testing tools like Appium, Selenium, and Mockito are preferred.Qualifications needed for this role include a B.Tech in CSE/IT/ECE from a reputed engineering institute. Candidates with IT service & MNC IT industry experience are not suitable for this position.
