As a Team Lead - Software Developer in New Delhi with immediate joiner/30 days notice period, your role will involve leading the development team and actively participating in designing, developing, and deploying software applications and systems. You will need to identify user requirements and collaborate with the team to create effective software solutions. It is essential to have proficiency in front-end languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with frameworks such as Angular, React, Vujes, Backbonjes, and jQuery. Additionally, knowledge of at least one backend framework like Django, Spring, and backend languages such as Java or Python, along with PostGreSQL Database, is preferable.Key Responsibilities:- Maintain high standards of software quality by establishing good practices and habits within the development team- Conduct regular code reviews to ensure the application is error-free- Manage and prioritize the workload of the development team- Mentor and provide technical guidance and feedback to team members- Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure alignment between business requirements and system design- Ensure project progress according to the schedule with the delivery of quality applications- Resolve technical issues that could impact project timelines- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to keep the company at the cutting edgeQualification Required:- B.E./ B.Tech. in IT/CS/ EC/ ECE with MS/ ME/ MTECH/ MCA or other equivalent degree- 10 years of professional experience in large IT organizations, with at least 6 years as a team lead- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Solution mindset and quick learner- Stakeholder management including client hierarchy, external agencies, and internal teams- Ownership of deliverables and commitment to client outcomesIn this role, you will be expected to effectively lead the development team, ensure the quality of software applications, and collaborate with project stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with business requirements.
