Job Description

    As a Strategic HR Officer to the Executive Director and Chief Technology Officer (ED & CTO) in Panchkula, India, you have an opportunity to evolve into the Chief People Officer within 24 months. This role is not a traditional HR leadership position but a transformational leadership track where you will work closely with the ED & CTO to develop the organizations long-term people philosophy, leadership ecosystem, and cultural infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement human capital strategy, leadership development, organizational design, performance systems, and talent intelligence- Integrate strategy, culture, workforce planning, and organizational design into a cohesive people architecture- Lead enterprise-wide people strategy and shape future leadership pipelines- Act as a trusted advisor to the ED & CTO on all human capital mattersQualifications Required:- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related specialization from a tier-1 institute- Additional certifications in Leadership Development, OD, Industrial Relations, Coaching, or Analytics will be an advantage- 1-5 years of experienceThe company you will be joining is a financially robust pharmaceutical organization with revenues of ~750 Cr and a workforce of 1500 professionals across India and international operations. They believe in sustainable business growth through disciplined people systems, ethical leadership, operational accountability, and a deeply aligned organizational culture.In this role, you will undergo an intensive 24-month leadership immersion to transition into the organizations principal custodian of People, Culture, Leadership, and Organizational Effectiveness. You will progress through phases of organizational immersion, functional ownership, strategic leadership, and transition to enterprise leadership.By the end of this journey, you are expected to lead strategic workforce and organizational planning, drive leadership development and culture-building initiatives, enhance talent acquisition and employer branding, redesign performance management systems, maintain healthy industrial relations, ensure HR governance and compliance, leverage HR technology and data intelligence.You will have direct mentorship from the ED & CTO and gain unrestricted strategic exposure, making this path an exciting opportunity for your career growth.
