As an Accounting & Finance Team Lead at our company in Pune, you will be responsible for managing and leading the Accounting and Finance team. You should have a minimum of 7 to 8 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and finances across various clients. Your role will involve hands-on leadership to ensure high-quality deliverables and active contribution to execution during critical situations.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the Accounting & Finance team, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables- Review accounting, MIS reports, budgets, and dashboards prepared by the team- Manage multiple client engagements with effective planning and prioritization- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial reporting and reconciliations- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication, audit support, and compliance matters- Provide guidance, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members- Handle critical situations by stepping in at the execution level when required- Drive process improvements, SOP development, and automation initiativesQualifications:- CA / CA Inter (Mandatory)- Experience in managing teams and handling multi-client environments (Mandatory), Technical Skills (Mandatory)- Strong expertise in accounting software such as Zoho Books, QuickBooks Online (QBO), Xero, Sage, Tally, or similar platforms- In-depth understanding of end-to-end accounting, including month-end and year-end closing- Strong knowledge of general ledger, reconciliations, AP/AR, and financial reporting- Advanced proficiency in Excel for financial analysis and dashboardingAdditional Skills (Preferred):- Exposure to US / UK / international GAAP- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning- Knowledge of audit coordination, compliance, and statutory requirements(Note: Company details were not provided in the job description.)
