Role Overview:As a Team Leader or Operations Manager at Barclays in Noida, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation of the KYC team. You will manage the team with respect to people, process, business, and operations, ensuring compliance of policies and procedures. Your role will involve setting targets for the team, ensuring SLA adherence, conducting regular briefings, performing RCA on errors, providing timely MIS for senior management, and managing attrition rate within target levels. Additionally, you will work with stakeholders to identify gaps and provide solutions, aiming to enhance the RFT approach of the KYC team.Key Responsibilities:- Set targets for the team and ensure SLA adherence- Conduct regular briefings to help team understand process updates- Perform RCA on errors, identify gaps, and work with the QC team to ensure top-notch quality- Provide timely MIS for senior management consumption- Manage attrition rate within target levels- Ensure high levels of motivation among the team- Prepare development plans for every team member- Ensure robust communication with stakeholders- Work with onshore teams to identify gaps and provide solutions- Aim to enhance the RFT approach of KYC teamQualifications Required:- Graduate/Post-Graduate in any discipline- In-depth knowledge of Global KYC policies and procedures- End to End KYC Knowledge and Experience- Familiarity with Allegations, Money Laundering, Sanction, Regulatory environment, etc.- Quick adaptation to KYC program requirements- Team Handling experience- Proven KYC Operational Background/Experience of working with Financial Crime- 4-8 years of relevant KYC experience preferred- Knowledge of regulatory and risk requirements relating to customers- Good Numerical Skills and positive attitude- Prior experience in Operations & Team Handling- Any expertise of handling Voice or Non-voice teams in retail or corporate operations/banking/finance- Awareness of industry-recognized process automation tool sets/capabilitiesCompany Details:Barclays is a British universal bank that is diversified by business, customers, and geography.
