Key Responsibilities
• Sales Management: Oversee sales activities within the agency channel, drive business growth, and ensure sales targets are met.
• Agent Management: Recruit, train, and develop a network of health insurance agents.

• Product Knowledge: Provide in-depth knowledge of health insurance products, policies, and unique selling points to agents and clients.
• Client Support: Ensure agents provide excellent customer service, assisting clients with product selection, policy lifecycle, and claims processes.
• Compliance: Ensure all sales activities and operations adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies.
