(from Recognised University)YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 6 ~ 12 YearsJOB LOCATION: MumbaiJOB RESPONSIBILITY :The candidate should possess project management skills, and have experience in the execution of EPCLSTK / EPCM projects in the field of Petrochemical, Refinery, Fertiliser, LNG, Chemicalplants etc. and must have performed the following duties and responsibilities:
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Inspection, Expediting, Logistics,Construction disciplines and Owner/Client for timely completion of project.
• Ability to Multi-tasking
• Study ITB/Contract documents and prepare project-specific plans/procedures,job instructions etc.
• Assist in preparing a detailed Project Master Schedule (PMS) and periodicmonitoring for critical milestones
• Assist / Prepare Monthly Progress reports / monitor the DCI/MCI progress, checkvariance percentages and take corrective action.
• Arrange/attend / chair inter-departmental meetings (weekly), meetings withclients, meetings with vendors, site meetings and take appropriate action.
• Monitor and expedite Vendors fabrication/manufacturing activities, documentssubmission/approval for each requisition by coordinating with Engineering,
• Procurement, Inspection && Logistics disciplines.
• Resolving technical issues with the help of discipline engineers
• Arrange/assist in getting project specific Statutory Approvals; Expedite Vendors for timely delivery
• Monitor short supplied items/replacement items for each requisition / PO andfollow up with respective vendors
• Monitor Owner delayed inputs, Milestones Receipt of Free Issue Items /Materials (FIM).
• Document preparation related to Force Majeure / Extension of Time.
• Prepare Billing Schedules && invoicing to Client.
• Prepare change notices/proposals/requests and extra claim letters to the Client.
• Prepare/Monitor Budget and Cash Flows
• Join site team as System Turnover Engineer
• Final documents and Manufacturing Data Records preparation
