    Job DescriptionArea: Human ResourcesDesignation: Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager Human ResourcesExperience: 4 - 6 YearsPosition Objective:This position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designatedbusiness units.Major Responsibilities: Conducts weekly meetings with respective Clusters. Analyses trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs andpolicies. Recruitment for various roles within the Cluster Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objectiveinvestigations Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, andincrease productivity and retention. Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation. Identifies training needs for the Cluster and individual executive coaching needs. Improving and monitoring employee productivity. Structuring compensation and benefit packages. Managing staff wellness initiatives. Improving relations between staff and employers. Evaluating staffing needs.
