Job Description (Bancassurance Vertical):
• Manager - Bancassurance will be responsible for handling an on roll team of 8 -10 sales managers in Bancassurance Channel.
• Has to handle 10 - 50 Branches of a Bank (Depends on the team size and geography)
• Monitor the day to day activity, planning & execution of Banca team.
• Building good relationship with Banks Cluster Head, Branch Manager & allied staff to achieve Cluster sales target.
• Candidate Profile:
• Any Graduation with good communication skill and open market knowledge
• Need min.2 years experience in any sales and marketing
• Ability to train and guide the sales team
• Local candidate with good local network
