Greet passengers, respond to their queries, and provide assistance at the airport.
Ensure smooth check-in, baggage handling, and boarding processes for flights.
Provide exceptional customer service by resolving passenger complaints and concerns efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment at the airport terminals.
Collaborate with other ground staff members to ensure seamless operations.

Preferred candidate profile : -

Minimum 102 or a Graduate
Excellent Communication skills ( Both English & Hindi), if you know other Language, will be a added advantage
Age between 18-35 yrs.
