Job Description

You are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Food Quality Manager to oversee and manage the quality assurance and quality control processes within the Grocery Production department of the company. Your expertise in food safety, quality standards, and production processes in the FMCG industry will be invaluable.**Key Responsibilities:**- Ensure that all grocery products meet company standards and regulatory requirements. Oversee product testing, inspection, and approval processes.- Continuously evaluate and improve production processes to enhance product quality, efficiency, and safety.- Maintain adherence to food safety regulations (e.g., FSSAI, FDA) and internal quality systems, ensuring documentation is up-to-date and audit-ready.- Lead and mentor the quality control team, providing guidance, training, and support in daily operations.- Identify potential quality risks and take proactive steps to mitigate them.- Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions to resolve any issues.- Work with suppliers to ensure raw materials and ingredients meet the required quality standards.- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to ensure new products meet quality specifications before launch.**Requirements:**- Minimum 5 years of experience in a food quality management role within the FMCG industry, with a focus on grocery production.- Bachelors or Masters degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.- Strong knowledge of food safety standards, quality assurance procedures, and production processes in the FMCG industry.- Certification in food safety or quality management is a plus.- Proven ability to lead teams, train and develop staff, and manage multiple tasks effectively.- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a data-driven approach to quality management.To apply, reach out at hidden_mobile or hidden_email**Benefits:**- Health insurance- Leave encashment- Provident Fund**Schedule:** Day shift**Yearly bonus****Ability to commute/relocate:** Amritsar, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required),
