Job Description

    As a Service Delivery Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective planning, coordination, and delivery of academic programs and services at the institute. Your focus will be on maintaining high teaching standards, streamlining program execution, and ensuring quality learning experiences for students while providing necessary support to teachers.Key Responsibilities:- Program Delivery Management: - Oversee the implementation of academic programs, courses, and services. - Ensure timely delivery of curriculum in alignment with institute guidelines. - Monitor class schedules, timetables, and allocation of teachers.- Teacher Support & Coordination: - Act as a bridge between teachers, academic leadership, and administration. - Provide teachers with required teaching resources, training, and feedback. - Ensure adherence to academic policies, pedagogy standards, and service delivery expectations.- Quality Assurance: - Develop and monitor KPIs to evaluate program effectiveness. - Conduct regular audits of teaching methods, student feedback, and learning outcomes. - Implement continuous improvement initiatives.- Stakeholder Engagement: - Engage with parents, students, and staff to address service delivery concerns. - Collaborate with external partners to ensure seamless program execution.- Operational Management: - Manage academic schedules, class loads, and teacher deployment. - Ensure smooth operations during examinations, workshops, and events. - Handle escalations related to service delivery in coordination with the academic head.- Data & Reporting: - Track student attendance, performance, and satisfaction metrics. - Prepare periodic reports for leadership on academic delivery and service outcomes.Qualifications:- Bachelors or Masters degree in Education, Management, or a related field.- 12 years of experience in academic operations, program management, or service delivery.- Strong understanding of teaching methodologies, curriculum planning, and student engagement.- Experience in managing teams of educators and coordinating multiple academic programs.Desired Skills:- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.- Proficiency in MIS, ERP, or learning management systems (LMS).- Ability to balance academic quality with operational efficiency.
