Urgent opening for Purchase Executive / Officer @Near Anand Location in Reputed CompanyPosition:Purchase Executive / Officer Qualification:Any Graduate Experience:5 to 10 YearsKey Responsibilities:
1. Making comparative statements for quotations received and placing orders for raw materials, imports, packing materials, consumables, R&D, lab chemicals, Engineering and miscellaneous items.
2. Following up for timely delivery and arranging transportation if required.
3. Filing and distribution of PO.
4. Following up with the factory for GRN and invoices.
5. Making entries of invoices against GRN and PO, scanning, and forwarding them to the respective accounts department.
6. Arranging outstanding statements and making entries of vendor payments, arranging to courier them.
