Job Description

As a Graphic Designer at our company, your role will involve creating artwork/mock-ups, coordinating graphics for packaging materials, communicating with suppliers, affiliates, and internal departments, as well as creating Bills of Materials (BOM).Key Responsibilities:- Create graphics for packaging materials respecting graphic design manual, Artwork and Vistalink guideline, legislative rules, technical and technological rules during production and packaging process- Coordinate and validate Mockups and Artworks, especially in cases where External CMOs are responsible for Artwork preparation- Establish and maintain BOM in SAP or CEP, communicate valid BOM with EPP Demand management- Communicate with suppliers for keylines and technical validations, with affiliates for expected changes, and validate final print proofs- Coordinate incoming changes with suppliers and other departments, create Trackwise Change Control- Report general problems affecting the delay in submitting artworks to n1 manager, report KPIs (Summary of Artworks and mockups)Qualifications Required:- High school education with a technical, graphic, or printing orientation- Minimum 2 years of experience in DTP or Graphic Agency- Expert knowledge of pre-press, graphic design, printing, and packaging technology- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, and Win Office applications- Strong communication skills- Project management experience is a plus- Active knowledge of EnglishThis position offers you the opportunity to utilize your technical and graphic skills in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and communication are key to success.
